Job Duties: Perform fit-gap analysis, design, development and upgrade of CRM applications using Siebel Communications, Siebel EAI, Siebel Open UI, OPA (Oracle Policy Automation), Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Oracle. Monitor and develop changes to all SQL, PL/SQL packages, stored procedures and develop various Oracle database objects. Design, develop and modify Siebel EAI and OPEN UI using Java, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript Open UI specific classes. Configure the Siebel applications using Single Sign On, LDAP and Database Authentication methods. Integrate Siebel applications with other Enterprise applications using Web Methods, Web Services and Tibco middleware platforms. Will work in Charlotte, NC and/or various client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.

Job Duties: Create, develop and support Business Intelligence initiatives using Informatica Suite. Integrate multiple systems and develop mappings in Informatica PowerCenter. Define the ETL architecture for the work streams and create the technical design documents. Deliveradvanced and complex reporting solutions including Dashboards, Standardized Reporting using Tableau. Responsible for profiling, score carding and address validation using
Informatica Data Quality (IDQ). Design and develop UNIX shell scripts as part of the ETL process to automate the process of loading and pulling the data. Coordinate deployments that include Informatica deployments as well as Unix Shell Script and Database DDL deployments. Write stored procedures, packages, functions, views in Oracle and SQL Server. Will work in Charlotte, NC and/or various client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.

Job Duties: Perform .net application design and development working primarily in ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#.NET, Visual Studio. Work on the creation of .net application development project plans. Create Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, Functions and Packages in Oracle and SQL Server. Develop and execute automate test scripts using NUnit, MS Unit frameworks and test plans as well as document detailed expected results, this includes scripts for functional, regression, performance and system tests. Responsible for performing troubleshooting of application development issues and creating technical solutions. Create, develop and support data warehousing (ETL) activities using DataStage Suite. Responsible for automating regular data loading and other ETL maintenance activities using Unix shell scripting Will work in Charlotte, NC and/or various client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.

Job Duties:  Design, implement, test, debug and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions for Sales, Support, Finance and Marketing verticals using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Apex Web Services, Java Script, HTML, CSS5, SQL and Java. Develop API’s to integrate Salesforce with Pega, Siebel, Mulesoft, Microsoft Azure and other external applications. Develop Workflows, Formulas, Schema Diagrams, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Process Builders, and Validation rules for incoming data from traditional applications to Salesforce using Apex Data Loader, TFS, GitHub, Eclipse IDE and Workbench. Use Version One, Service Now to update and resolve technical tickets, defect tracking and resolutions, sprint planning and management of user stories. Will work in Charlotte, NC and/or various client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
